First Fridays are often "Waltz Jam" at 7pm, followed by contras at 8:00pm

Beginners are welcome.
It is not necessary to bring a partner.
Loose, comfortable clothing is suggested;
soft-soled shoes help to protect the dance floor (and your feet).
Ithaca offers many fine restaurants where you can
catch dinner before the dance. Here's a couple of us

which offered the best Vietnamese food in town before it closed.
Dancers often wind down after the dance at a
local late-night snack-and-talk establishment.
The location is announced during the dance.
